Refund & Return Policy
At Pilgrim Goods Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the international nature of our logistics network, we do not require or accept physical returns of items back to our warehouses. Instead, we offer a straightforward Refund Policy for eligible cases.
Damage, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. To initiate a claim, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Requirement to Process a Refund:

Approved Refunds

Change of Mind & Sizing
Because international shipping is irreversible, we cannot offer refunds for a simple change of mind or accidental wrong size selection once the package has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
